Wire Rod

Wire rod is a semi-finished steel bar (wire coil) material produced in coil form by hot rolling. Usually produced in the 5.5-16 mm diameter range (some sources indicate up to 5.5-42 mm), wire rod is used as raw material in a wide variety of industries thanks to its durability, flexibility and high tensile strength. Wire rod, which can be adapted to different applications according to its quality and section type, is widely preferred especially in construction, automotive, machinery and manufacturing industries.

Smart Water Cooling System

There are 9 water boxes. Cooling elements (cooling water nozzle, water strippers, air dryer, by-pass pipes) supporting beam. Beam locking to the box by dove tail and hand wheel system.

Superior physical structure is obtained by thermomechanical rolling at 800 – 900 °C entry temperature of sizing block.
